✦ You will be given a form to fill out for your custom, do not send information until given the form.✦ Using other designs as inspiration is allowed, so long as the original creator allows it/has nothing against it.✦ I will go through 4 stages - Sketch, Line, Color, Final; you may request changes during any of the phases, but once the final ok is given you can not change anything else without a fee.✦ I send WIP's often to ensure you get a product you like, use these WIP's as chances to change what you want. If you ask for changes that are excessive/large, I will charge a fee.✦ Customs for Closed/Semi Closed species are allowed, so long as you have a MYO and/or I am allowed to design them.✦ My turn around time varies wildly, but you will be given updates as to when you can expect your custom!

✦ People on my blacklist can NOT commission me, or commission art for someone else. You may not commission art for them.✦ Payment is required after the sketch is complete, but most times I will request it up front. It is whatever you are most comfortable with.✦ Refunds may be discussed, but are not issued without good cause/reason.✦ You must provide an adequate ref sheet of the character you want drawn, or list out important details. Any missing information will not be drawn, and if you ask for changes after the line phase is over, I might deny or ask for a fee.✦ You will be able to request changes the entire process as long as they are small. Anything large, like a pose change, after the sketch phase will result in a fee.✦ My turn around time varies wildly, and will be discussed upon commissioning me. If you need the art by a certain date, this can be discussed, but might result in a rush fee.✦ Do not edit my art without my permission. Please talk to me about what you would like to change before doing anything to my finished work, even if you own the characters in it, or were the person who paid for said commission.

If our terms conflict, you may contact us with any questions you have.✦ People on my backlist can not obtain or own my designs and it is encouraged they get rid of my designs they own, though not required.
